    Regular home inspections are critical to catching home maintenance needs early and minimizing repair costs. We’ve seen both pests and weather wreak havoc on homes in a short period of time. Our team inspects your home at least once per month to stay on top of any problems. You’ll receive an immediate, time stamped digital report on your property with interior and exterior pictures after every visit.

  • You can rent your own vacation home without being on your own. Our clients depend on us to make sure their homes are guest ready – clean, cool, kitchen lights on, clean hot tubs, and all systems working.

    - Guest Opens – systems checks, lights on, air conditioner / fans on.

    - Guest Service – From access issues & quirky delivery requests to hot tub operation & emergency repairs – we are here to ensure your guests have a five star stay.

    - Home Close – After your guests leave, we’ll clean, inspect for damages (quick enough to hold deposits), and make sure the home is secured until the next guest.

    - Top shelf cleaning services with a great process, digital reports, and value pricing.

    - Bath Amenities, Paper Products and Standard Cleaning Products are kept stocked so guests have what they need when they arrive.

    - Guest Greets – We’ll deliver the keys, open the doors, and show your guest around. It’s great for the AirBnB Lux properties or any property with high end clients.

  • As Home Managers we know your home and how you want your home to look post clean. We document your home in its “Guest Ready” state so that, when combined with our expert cleaning teams, you’ll get consistently great cleans. Oh – and we bill by the hour, so you only pay for the work done. Total value.

    - Documented cleaning expectations, consistent clean team and immediate job updates.

    - Hourly Cleans – sometimes your home is left in great shape by two guests, other times a party of 12 leave it a mess. With Second Home Care clients pay only for work needed. You can even set a maximum number of clean hours to ensure you stay on budget.

    - We can work with your vacation calendar & clean after every rental, or we can work at your request.

    - We even handle specialty cleaning – from window cleaning, steam cleaning mattresses, clearing dryer vents and deep cleaning grills, to carpet cleaning and more.

  • There’s nothing more relaxing as soaking in your hot tub after a long day at the beach. But with water at over 100 degrees and guests hopping in and out there’s a lot of room for error. Add our Spa Service to your inspection program and our Certified Pool Operator will keep your spa water clean and balanced. With each spa check you’ll receive an update on water quality, level of Total Dissolved Solids, and maintenance needs. As needed, we’ll empty, clean and refill your spa or change the filters. So when you and your guests arrive it’s ready to relax.
