What is the difference between a full-time customer and a part-time customer?

Full-time customer: Full-time customers have a monthly fee which includes unlimited openings and closings of your home. Each home is thoroughly inspected weekly including a dated report which is sent to you. Full-time customers receive priority scheduling as well as discounts on cleaning and snow shoveling services. The monthly fee also includes arranging, coordinating and following-up on deliveries and service people.

Part-time customer: No monthly fee. We keep a key to your house on file and will open, close, inspect or repair your home on a per-visit charge basis. We can also provide any of our other home services, such as repairs, maintenance and cleaning.

Are you licensed & insured?
Yes. We are a licensed California general contractor #725451 (Vitale Construction). We are bonded and insured for liablility, and we carry worker's compensation insurance for all of our employees .

What if I just want part-time service?
No problem. You can keep a key on file with us and use our service as you need it. We have set prices for certain services and we can provide you estimates for other services. There is no monthly fee for us to keep you house key on file.

How soon can I get work done to my house if I need it?
Our in-house repairman can take care of most jobs promptly. In addition, we have relationships with local service people to expedite repairs. This means that we can take care of almost anything related to your house when you need it.

How do you bill?
We bill monthly and also Accept credit cards, including, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Do you also service Northstar, Old Greenwood and Grays Crossing?
Yes, we do!
