The Owners of Second Home Care live and work in North Lake Tahoe. Currently our Office is in Tahoe Donner, HOA. Our interests vary, however, we relocated and purchased Second Home Care, Inc. because we love the Tahoe amenities and our background is in property care and management. We have been in the service business since 1973 and that has allowed us to broaden our list of in-house services.
Currently, our In-House Service includes: weekly inspections, opens, closes, cleaning, restocking, eg. toiletries, etc., weekly spa service, snow removal and ice dam removal, defensible space/yard clean-up, routing maintenance, deck repairs and staining, light electrical and plumbing repair, carpet cleaning/repair and window cleaning. We can facilitate a host of other services, including, long or short term rentals, house staining, roof repair or replacement, appliance repair, chimney service, wood delivery, pest spraying, and driveway sealing.
